24 Hour Services

Title Transfers After 8:00 pm Until 10:00 pm

Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

  • There is a $30 service charge from 8:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday plus title transfer fees.

  • We are unable to provide the following services after 8:55 pm Monday through Saturday, Sundays or on Federal Holidays in which PennDot is closed and/or offline:  registration renewals, instant registrations (registering your vehicle after PA Title issued), reissue materials such as license plates, registration cards, stickers, weight class stickers...etc

    • If we are unable to verify ownership of your license plate because you don't have the registration card at time of transfer you may be required to obtain a new license plate.

  • We are unable to provide the following services after 9:30 pm Monday through Saturday or Sunday: intransit tags

  • Cutoff time is 9:45 p.m., this allows us to dedicate 15 minutes to our last customer(s).

Note:  Customer may be charged half of the service charge ($15) if customer(s) is/are not ready at time of transaction and the allotted time (15 minutes is exceeded). Please refer to "Motor Vehicle Services" for more information on what is needed at time of service.

All Other Services After 8:00 pm Until 10:00 pm

  • There is a $30 service charge plus standard notary fees.

    • i.e., If you need to notarize a document after 8:00 p.m., you must book an appointment on our website and pay the $30 service charge. Notarization fees will be collected at the office at the time of service.

  • We are unable to provide the following services after 8:55 pm Monday through Saturday, Sundays or on Federal Holidays in which PennDot is closed and/or offline:  registration renewals, instant registrations (registering your vehicle after PA Title issued), reissue materials such as license plates, registration cards, stickers, weight class stickers...etc

Note:  Mobile Notary Service - There is a $30 travel fee (Allentown area) in addition to the $30 service charge. This fee must be paid in advance through our user friendly booking system "Simplybook". Notarization fees will be collected at the designated location at the time of service.

 

Service Requested on Sundays

  • All services requested on Sunday MUST be booked on our website and the $30 service charge plus standard notary and/or title transfer fees apply. Please refer to "Motor Vehicle Services" for more information on what is needed at time of service.

    • If you are still unclear as to what documentation is needed in order to complete your transaction, please call or email us during our normal business hours Monday through Saturday (10:00 am - 8:00 pm) with any questions. We do not answer/reply to any calls, emails, or text messages on Sundays. We are simply notified of any appointments through our booking system.

  • Limitations Applyservices are limited on Sunday therefore please call or email us during our normal business hours Monday through Saturday (10:00 am - 8:00 pm) to ensure availability of service and/or staff before booking your appointment.

  • Cutoff time is 9:45 p.m., this allows us to dedicate 15 minutes to our last customer(s).

  • No intransit tags on Sunday (unable to issue temporary tags for out-of-state buyers).

Note:  The $30 service charge for Sunday appointments are NON-REFUNDABLE!

 

Service Requested before 10:00 am or after 10:00 pm

  • We provide 24 Hour Notary Services, prices vary depending on hour of request for service. Please click on the Simplybook tab and schedule an appointment under "Extended Hours". Fees listed are a reopening fee any additional fee will be collected at the office at the time of service.

 

Note:  Cutoff time for intransit tags (out-of-state buyers) is 9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday, only. We are offline at 10:00 p.m. and will not be able to process your transaction. Therefore, we ask that all parties involved in the transaction be ready to allow ample time to review your documentation and process online. NO INTRANSIT TAGS ON SUNDAY, HOWEVER, WE CAN NOTARIZE THE TITLE FOR YOU!
