Out-Of-State titles with a title brand (reconstructed, salvage etc) must be processed by PennDot, only.  You must go to an enhanced inspection mechanic and have form MV-426B completed along with Photos of vehicle.  We will then be able to apply for title however you will not be issued instant registration or a plate (not even if you transfer your own plate) we will send application for title to PennDot and they will issue you a registration and plate.  What this means for you?  1. Do not book an appointment if you have an out-of-state branded title, fee non-refundable and 2. You are prohibited from driving this vehicle until you receive registration and plate from PennDot (even if you transfer your own plate). 

Important:  Please schedule your appointment on our booking system for mobile notary service and/or services after our normal business hours (walk-in hours).  The admin. fee you are paying above is a convenience fee. You can avoid the admin. fee by visiting our office during our walk-in hours of Monday through Saturday from 10AM to 8PM.  The admin. fee aka service charge is separate and apart from notarization and/or service fees provided in the office or at your designated location. The admin. fee is nonrefundable (which varies in price) covers payment for service provider, service provider's availability, travel time, mileage, fuel expenses. All credit/debit card transactions incur a convenience/ handling fee. This fee is reflected is the price shown.
